My Story
I am Roshan Rupasinghe, Founder of Vervi Minds Ltd, an independent consultant, accessibility advisor, and neurodivergent advocate working to identify and reduce systemic barriers and create more accessible, inclusive experiences.
My Journey
My journey has been shaped by experiences of being misunderstood within systems that were not designed for different ways of thinking and experiencing the world. After years of navigating misdiagnosis, I was eventually correctly identified as neurodivergent, changing how I understood myself and the systems around me.
What I Learned
I learned that many barriers are created not by individuals, but by systems, processes, communication, expectations, and environments. Accessibility therefore means more than individual accommodation. It requires examining how things are designed, delivered, communicated, and experienced by the people they are intended to serve.
Why I Built Vervi Minds
I founded Vervi Minds to bring my lived experience together with my professional background in accessibility, business analysis, UX, technical writing, grant writing, SEO, and digital systems. Today, I support organisations through system, grant, content, and online visibility support to help identify and reduce barriers.
Looking Toward the Future
Through Neuro-Inclusive Future Initiative, my work is focused on moving beyond awareness toward understanding, acceptance, accessibility, and meaningful inclusion. I want to help build a future where neurodivergent people can participate, contribute, and thrive without continually navigating barriers.

Early Challenges & Self-Discovery
Personal challenges taught me how easily systems can overlook individual needs and how poor communication, unclear processes, and ineffective design affect people's experiences. These early lessons inspired my interest in understanding how systems can be improved.
